I noticed a lot of aggression between the numerous wood pigeons visiting the food table, with one in particular preferring to attack any bird that came close, with such extraordinary ferocity, even though there was plenty of food. Unlike many wildlife photographs, this one didn’t take too long. As soon as I put a pile of grain on the table, the aggressive bird dropped in to guard his feast.
