This photo was taken in the Palm House: it was a very special encounter with a palm trunk, that I decided to portray close-up with a macro lens, in order to enhance its abstract dimension and texture. Nature is a constant interrelation of ephemeral elements expressing perfect harmony; I used solarization in post-processing to highlight this feeling.
