When I captured this photograph of Lake Carezza it was a dreamlike landscape with The Latemar Dolomites reflected in the turquoise shades of the water.

A legend tells of a beautiful nymph that used to live in its crystal clear waters, and her beauty still shines on in the colours of the lake today.
