To capture this group of Galanthus (snowdrops), I lay under a bush with my camera on a bean bag. By focusing through the colourful leaves in the foreground, the blooms seemed to rise as if out of chromatic mist.

I used the maximum wide aperture of my macro lens, to highlight the snowdrops from the background, and to enhance the minimalistic and centred composition. In addition, I used manual focus stacking.
