Description
Starlings are one of my favourite birds and I have always been looking for a good shot that displays the iridescent quality of their feathers.
This starling was perched on my Persian lilac tree and suddenly shook itself, allowing the glancing sunlight to produce a full spectrum of colours amongst its feathers.
