In this arrangement, I chose flower colours that are both warm and cool – to play with colour balance. To create the still life and emphasise colour, I picked a warm-toned copper vase with flower hues being primarily; orange, pinks and purples. Rather than manipulating the stems into a more formal arrangement, I let each flower take its natural shape, arching up or flowing downwards as I filled the vase. A texture has been blended into the background (at low opacity).
