This exotic Agave was growing in the gravel bed of a public garden, on the Falmouth seafront. Its big leaves unfurled, and their crisp, bright-white edges contrasted with the darker leaf surface and shadows. I liked the gentle curves and sweeping edges in this close-up, more abstract composition.
