I was inspired by the combination of spectacular autumn colours, parallel lines in the patterns of fallen leaves, the soft light of the street lamp and reflections in the rain. I am always drawn to the way the fallen leaves follow the sweeping curve of the road, turning the road into an abstract artwork echoing the colours of the trees.
