Still life of Tragopogon pratensis (goat’s beard) seedheads, which I adore and wanted to make a feature of them. I teamed them up with items of a complementary colour palette; faux bird’s nest, faux eggs and feathers for a ‘found items’ look - I like the idea of bringing some of the outside, inside.

I backlit the seedheads to really draw attention to them and placed them in a beautiful pewter vase, to contrast the wildness with something man-made.
