Hi, I am Luca Ellis from the United States.Falling off of a structure on the job site is the third reason for death among construction workers. OSHA now has made it mandatory that all employees that work off of the ground have to complete training on this type of work environment. The most vital piece of safety equipment that a worker can wear when doing this type of job is the personal fall arrest system because of all the hazards that are present.
