I strive to bring intimate views of plants emphasizing their textures, shapes and patterns.  I choose to hand coat my images on fine art papers using the historic alternative process of platinum/palladium printing.

Educated in England and the U.S., I have degrees in science education and photography.  A biology teacher for 28 years I retired to work on my photography and planting my garden in the mountains of Colorado.  My images have been exhibited at botanical centers and art galleries in the U.S. and recently I was the artist in residence at Hypatia-in-the-Woods in Sheldon, Washington.
