I was so delighted to see the dreamy blue colours of these Meconopsis (blue Himalayan poppies) in the Sino-Himalayan section of the garden.

I positioned myself low to the ground and used selective focusing with multiple exposures to capture these mesmerising flowers. I created layers of depth using this technique, drawing attention to flowers in the foreground and background at the same time, in one single photograph.
