Description

We had to look up the name of the plant and saw it is called Astrantia. Its flower is like a star and this is where the name comes from. I like experimenting with light and flowers and I thought I saw a good picture in the single flower after trying out a bigger group of flowers. I like the light effect and strange detail of the flower. I normally take flower photos outdoors but I was experimenting here and I thought the light came out well with the photo. We went to a local flower shop the evening before and picked some flowers to photograph. I helped mum choose flowers that we thought were interesting and unusual.
