The Sackler Crossing
Captured at KewImage details - The Sackler Crossing
Description
It was a very cold January morning in Kew Gardens as I stood on the north side of the lake, watching the sunrise over the Sackler Crossing. The vibrant reds of the foreground Cornus beautifully complemented the hues of the morning sky. The crossing was named after philanthropists Dr Mortimer and Dame Theresa Sackler, whose donation made its construction possible.
