With the Acadia National Park in my backyard, I have the ability to revisit the same scenes and locations time and time again in the hopes of capturing them in the best light and under the most desirable conditions. On the morning of this shot I was treated to a wonderful sunrise that lit up the cloud-filled sky and distant mountain ridges. The spring-fed lake pictured here is known as ‘The Bowl’.
