One of my favourite wildflowers is sea lavender. During the summer months, its tiny lilac flowers add a splash of colour to the muted sage greens and sandy tones that make up the colour palette of the local coast. This scene, at Thornham is situated in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
