I carefully inspected this fern foliage, to study any angles I could use for discovery. As I studied, I lifted it up and saw a glimpse into the world of botanical symmetry and vibrant colour, where an array of bright orange pods known as sori, hold the spores of the fern (on the underside of the fronds). The centrepiece of the image is an immaculate, symmetrical leaf, with its lush green surface revealing the meticulous artistry of nature, forming shapes and diagonal leading lines.
