This exceptional scenery was captured during the 2022 May Ball of Trinity College at Cambridge University. It was shot from outside the College grounds, where I stood directly under the impressive old trees, which were illuminated by the spectacular fireworks. Together with the smoky air they created the surreal impression of a stunning theatre stage or film scene.
