A personal highlight of the garden at Berchigranges created by Monique and Thierry Dronet is the so-called Jardin Bohémien – with its wild and lush naturalistic plantings. I was glad that during my visit, the early evening light intensified the autumnal hues, allowing me to capture the full colour palette and atmospheric density of all these perennials and grasses that celebrate the season's finale.
