Description
This view towards Old Woodstock shows the managed wilding of vegetation around the lake. The bulrushes in the foreground made lovely long shapes into the composition and that shape is repeated by the poplar trees in the background, and the reflections of the trees in the water. There were occasional breaks in the heavy clouds, which allowed the sunlight to shine through - emphasising the detail and colour.
