Description
Known as ‘The Overhanging Gardens’, due to the location perched on top of a rocky outcrop - above a bend in the Dordogne River, there are different levels that emphasise the hanging part of their name. Everything was wet with rain from the last storm - which seemed to be a fact of life in the Dordogne in early June - which added to the drama of the location.
