It was a cloudy day, but just before sunset the place was lit (for a moment) with the last rays of the sun. Against the background of the restless sky, I was able to capture the marsh plants growing by the shore of the pond. Gunnera, Darmera, and bulrushes combined with numerous trees in the distance, providing the viewer with a variety of textures, colours and leaf shapes.
