Due to longer and drier summers, a new gravel garden was set up by the owner with spectacular drought-tolerant plants. The garden included species and varieties of; Albizia julibrissin, Achillea clypeolata, Gaura lindheimeri, Santolina, Phlomis, Olea europaea and Pistacia lentiscus.

I was very impressed by the delicate aromas, the colours and the sound of the insects attracted to the flowers. A place to savour, and feel good.
