It's incredible to see how much work there is behind the planning of the Orchid Festival at the Princess of Wales Conservatory every year. Upon visiting the glasshouse, a few days before the opening event, I came across some staff members working hard on the floral installations which (on this occasion) celebrated the beauty of Thailand.
