Shot on the last day of May, this limestone pavement, known as fertile rock, hosts an extraordinary range of plants that normally do not grow wild in the same place, including Arctic, Alpine and Mediterranean species. Whilst shooting I could smell the fragrant honeysuckle in bloom between the cracks.
