Years ago, I took a life-changing trip to Africa. I arrived at this school and I was speaking to the director about their operating costs as we entered the courtyard. I turned my head in shock when I saw this beautiful tree and the children. The director told me they were picking ripe beans that they had planted. I asked if I could photograph the children and quickly captured some images. It seemed like the children were blossoms that had fallen from the tree; it was one of the most beautiful scenes I have ever witnessed.
