About European Garden Photography Award

We're proud to offer the European Garden Photography Award as part of IGPOTY 13 in conjunction with Schlosspark Dennenlohe of Germany.

The award is a unique opportunity to get your photography noticed within the European garden media community whilst receiving significant exposure both in Germany and the UK.

Judges will be on the lookout for stunning photography of private and public gardens across Europe.

Winners won't just have their work on display at the awards ceremony at Schloss Park Dennenlohe. 1st, 2nd and 3rd will now also be on display at the IGPOTY launch exhibition at Kew Gardens.

Insights

Images of any public or private garden across the European mainland (excluding the UK) can be entered into this award. Please remember to seek permission from private garden owners before entry. Use previous winners for inspiration, which range from beautiful plant portraits to glorious garden landscapes.

Wider benefits

The award is funded by Schloss Park Dennenlohe, one of Bavaria's finest baroque castles and home to the largest Rhododendron park in southern Germany. If selected as a winner you will have the opportunity to share your profile and work on a direct European stage.
