I tend to take mainly icm (intentional camera movement) images of landscapes, seascapes and flowers.   

I am a Core Process Psychotherapist and photographer.  Core Process Psychotherapy is a Mindfulness based psychotherapy and as an approach helps me to slow down and come into the present moment. I have enjoyed taking images for 40 years and since moving to Cornwall 3 years ago my photography has developed in new and unexpected directions. I find photography resourcing and I like being able to integrate my Mindfulness practice into my image making.
