Having had a long career in graphic design, I have always been an inveterate sketcher and photographer. I am a member of Chapel Camera Club in Derbyshire. Over the past few years I have been experimenting with an atmospheric and impressionistic approach to my photography, more akin to drawing and painting than ‘straight’ photography and therefore a combination of both my passions. I feel the techniques I use to obtain these results give me artistic freedom as well as an enjoyable experience creating them.

Degree in Graphic Design (Leeds), Higher Design Diploma (Manchester) and many years in private practice working within the Graphic Design discipline.
