I used to be a primary school headteacher in Barnsley but retired 3 years ago and so now have more time to devote to my favourite pastime - photography! I still do some tutoring work for a local company and teach English and Maths, play a lot of tennis at Barnsley Tennis Club and my wife and I go on one big 'adventure' somewhere in the world each year. In 2017 we trekked along the Great Wall in China, 2018 we did the Inca Trail to Macchu Pichu and last year we went to Nepal trekking in the Annapurna region. I make (and sell) a lot of my own photo cards locally and they do really well. We have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren so very busy with family.
