I think that vegetables are not only healthy food but very interesting to observe too. Cabbages attract me for their shape and for the texture of the leaves, so varied and surprising. The ribs, their soft and sinuous lines, are a true source of photographic inspiration, a game that continues indefinitely by varying the position of the light. After the photography, they are a further satisfaction for the palate.

For the compositions, I used only two to three leaves per photo, no more. The shots were obtained using the light painting technique.
