Two Bees

Description
This pink toadflax just appeared in my garden at the start of the summer, self-seeded from elsewhere, and flowered throughout the summer and autumn. The gorgeous pastel pink spires of tiny flowers attracted bumblebees in great numbers. These two kept bumping into each other as they worked their way around the plant, foraging for nectar. I love photographing the insects in my garden, and bumblebees are a particular favourite. I really liked the contrast between the darkness of the bees and the pale pastel pink of the toadflax flowers.
