Description
In May the Ranunculus is blooming in our little garden meadow. It is the first time after the winter that bright flowers can be seen against vibrant green grass. I tried to take a picture that spotlights the Ranunculus, but also showed some insects. Because the foreground was in the shade of a hedge, there was a wonderful glow in the background. So I took an old Trioplan lens I bought this year. I like the creaminess of the lens when wide open- it is a little unsharp as well which I like.
