On one of my trips to Bodnant in early spring, I found this tree blossom looming over the rusty boundary fence. I liked the fence, and used it as a lead-in line to the photograph when the clouds parted and a strong, early sun caught us. The strong directional light both lit up the blossom and created an uplifting mood.
