At one end of the Mirror Pond is a collection of old beech trees, decked in their autumn colours. I watched as the light shone through their remaining leaves. I wanted to capture this combination of light and colour using a generous exposure time, with movement created by the wind. Access to the trees is somewhat limited to protect them, however I was able to find a viewpoint that achieved my aims and come away with a result I was happy with.
