Description
This purple Siberian iris at the Chicago Botanic Garden, caught my attention with its striking colours and intricate details. The dew drops on the unfurling petals reminded me of teardrops. I photographed the image outdoors and added a purple-hued background to complement the gorgeous colours of the flower.
