This shot is part of my ‘Submerged’ flowers project for 2024; where I look into a plant’s history, meanings, uses, folklore and legends, and build up my own picture of its personality, then I attempt to depict these findings in an image using fluids, colours and techniques to express my story. There are many stories involving snowdrops and blood, which is why I added red ink to this composition.
