The Italian Garden is usually closed off to visitors, so our camera group was privileged to have access to the garden on this evening, after visitors had departed. I felt that this image captured the beautiful swirls and patterns of the box knot garden, leading up to the magnificent Mermaid Fountain (designed and built by Waldo Story).
