I am fascinated by the elegance of French tulips. Even when they have faded, they still emanate an enchanting aura of delicacy. This half-withered bloom reminded me of a fine silk scarf caught in a gentle breeze. I wanted to highlight the silky texture of the petals, so I converted to black and white and included a merge of a photo of semi-transparent concrete into the background.
