Visiting Hidcote in May, I was delighted to see these beautiful bright red tulips, still in full bloom, in containers along the path towards the Manor House. The tulips provided a perfect pop of red against the warm stone of the Manor and the surrounding foliage, complemented by smaller splashes of blue and yellow. A very pleasing colour palette.
