Numerous Taxodium distichum (bald or swamp cypress) pictured at Lake Mattamuskeet, the largest natural freshwater lake in North Carolina - supporting a large variety of wildlife. The conditions were perfect for a black and white photo, and to create that ethereal feeling I captured a four-image multiple exposure in-camera.
