Description
This is an emotional photo for me. My husband had died only two months before, and I wanted to go into the wilderness to seek the solace of beauty. After a very long, tough walk I reached a spot near the top of the mountain and pitched my tent for the night.
The morning brought great joy with the scene I captured here, there was a light frost on the ground and the rich red of the Tasmanian endemic Richea scoparia made the scene.
