These white and orange carrots from our local farm shop were crying out to be photographed in a rustic, still life setting. So, I brought them back for their shoot and placed them next to a lovely rustic jug, adding in some rustic pieces of cheesecloth and some suitable flowers from our florist.

I used backlighting to cast a pleasing light over my arrangement and a separate light to create the window light look on the backdrop by using a home-made gobo and flags.
