This beautiful specimen of Queen Anne’s lace has been placed in an old urn which I gave a copper patina. I added cream lace, for the aged feeling that might complement the urn, also for the play on wording.

I placed some fresh grapes for extra texture and complementary colours, then added the light through a home-made gobo; to appear as if sunlight was streaming through a window to give extra interest in the shadows.
